How to take our Chlorella Tablets
Dose: 6 tablets daily, taken all at once or 2--3 times throughout the day. With or without food. This product is made from food, so you don’t need to take them with a meal. This dose can be increased to meet your particular need, we recommend you consult your health advisor or a nutritionist before altering your intake.
